About Us

Paragon Partners was founded in 2003 to provide a broad range of commercial real estate services to our affiliates and select third parties. Beginning in 2009, we are expanding our reach, and offering high quality real estate services to third parties.

Combining expertise in all major subspecialties, our team members average over 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate. While our initial activities have focused on new development projects, our team also has significant experience in acquiring and repositioning existing real estate assets, particularly in an urban context.

Headquartered in Seattle, WA, we maintain an office in California and are active in many of the major markets in the western US.
